Airing as Episode 1 on July 9, 2025
What we know:
- This episode was filmed, at least in part, on November 5, 2024, at Warner Brothers Studios on the Abbott Elementary sets
- This is the "second half" of the crossover with Abbott Elementary
- The episode will cover the same period of time the Abbott episode did, showing the events of that episode from The Gang's perspective, R-rated, of course, featuring talking heads (Abbott-style) and focusing on Dennis (who was noticeably absent in the Abbott episode)
- The episode has been teased by both Charlie and Rob to be a "found footage" style, with Rob saying it's comprised of "all the footage they weren't allowed to use while making the [Abbott documentary]" This format is further confirmed by the first teaser trailer for the episode.
- The Gang interact with (at least one of) the kids in a bathroom:

- Via various promotional trailers, the Gang seem to be up to a lot of different stints, including trying to start a boyband and lighting the gymnasium on fire
- The teachers do visit the bar, seemingly after of all of the events that happen at the school, based on the Gang's outfits in this promotional still:

Predictions:
- Charlie likely has limited screentime in this episode due to being the A plot in Abbott
- Mac obtaining Ava's car keys in the Abbott episode has a deeper explanation in this one
- Dennis not wanting to be captured on camera will be less nefarious than people seem to think, and likely has to do with a scam the Gang as a whole are running behind the scenes
Questions:
Will the entire episode be "found footage" or will things be scrapped together among off-camera moments? Will we get an explanation as to why the Gang were dumping a Cyber Truck full of baby oil and Paddy's t-shirts into the Schuylkill River? (Could it possibly be in connection with the boxes of Paddy's Pub t-shirts seen in Thought Leadership?)- How many viewers will this episode bring in? Abbott Elementary saw over 3.7 million live viewers for its crossover episode, a 74% increase from the episode prior. Can we expect to see a major jump in viewership from Sunny's Season 16s finale (278k) and Season 17s premiere?
